Explore Sanctuary

​“Explore” @ Sanctuary December 13 between 10.30am – 4pm. All are invited to come and Explore Sanctuary at Boghall with several activities designed to help you get off the treadmill, explore spirituality and creativity in a communal setting. You can take part in all activities or just do those which interest you, ALL are Welcome.

Things kick off at 10.30am with Tai Chi – no experience required. Then at 1pm there is a choice of cooking and chat with Soul Food Sisters or trying your hand at screen or woodblock
printing.
